Any applications that have been customised for your installations do not receive updates, if there is an update listed that you consider as critical, please contact your account manager.
A system update has not been performed on your system, to confirm this, please check the version number shown on the lower-right corner after you login to the administration platform. If you have access to perform updates you can do so from the application System Update. If you do not have access to this app, your account manager will perform this update at the right time. If your installation resides on a custom infrastructure, updates may be delayed. However, if there is an update listed that you consider as critical, please contact your account manager.
